Ram Datt Bhatt, founder and chairman of COMET Foundation, is a MCA postgraduate and is a member of IIM Calcutta alumni. He has worked in several renowned IT MNCs for 20+ years, and has been on the management position of several reputed companies such as Dell, HPE, Wipro, Infosys, Stanley, and ValueLabs. Prior to working with MNCs, he provided social services in Assam Rifles School for 5+ years and also served as a software trainer in RCSM (Rashtriya Computer Shaksharta Mission) for 3 years. He is also Chairman and Managing Director of CHP Holiday Homes, dedicated for generating employment opportunities for the villagers in Himalayan region and thus controlling the desertion of villages in Uttarakhand. Ram’s passion to help the needy people and vision to bring eco-friendly and sustainable development in Himalayan regions enthused him to work on COMET and CHP Holiday Homes social initiative, committed to help the needy students in their career development and to help the villagers with job opportunities, thus leading to the development in the region in true sense.
Jeetendra Ranjan, Co-Founder and Director of Comet
Foundation, is a Master of Science
(C.S) and MBA from
MDU, Rohtak. He has worked in several Indian and MNC IT firms for 20+ Years. He served many fortune
companies directly and indirectly in his employment with firms such as Royal Bank of Canada, Verizon,
T-mobile etc. He is also associated with social organisation “Kedarnath Verma Samajik Seva Sansthan” in
Bihar. This organisation is committed to provide scholarships for girls and boys from weaker sections of
the society. He is also currently holding a management position in USA firm SingleStore.
Jeetendra Ranjan is committed to help COMET Foundation both technically and management point of view for
Students and Foundation. He is also a member of CHP Holiday Homes and active as mentor.
Harish Chandra Bhatt, Co-Founder and Director of Comet Foundation, is a B.Sc and B.Ed from Kumaun University. He has been serving several social causes in the Pithoragarh region for more than two decades. His intention and commitment to help the needy villagers led him to join COMET Foundation and CHP (Comet Himalayan Paradise) start-ups.
